Eva Mendes is both an model and actor. Her name was discovered by a talent agency who recognized her potential and urged her to select for a job in the field of entertainment. After a lot of consideration her decision to quit University to venture into the realm of entertainment. She first made an appearance in the feature film Children of the Corn V: Fields of Terror and felt disappointed with her performance. In an effort to show herself her worth, she was featured in several low-budget films to improve her acting. Her path as an actor was challenging, but she did well due to her determination and perseverance. The actress received fame and high praise for her performance in the movie Training Day after which her acting career began to take off. Some of her well-known films include 2 Fast and Furious, Ghost Rider Bad Lieutenant: Port of Call New Orleans and Holy Motors.
