As we enter the summer of 2021 there is some uncertainty about the way Rotary will continue to provide the human connections that Rotary members have appreciated over the years. However, it is evident that the hand-to-face tradition remains a part of our daily routine. Rotary has changed. However, there is a certain amount of uncertainty that will continue to grow as we progress to the summer of 2021. It remains to be determined if the human connections that Rotary participants valued during the past will remain. While the traditional 'hands in faces will certainly remain a part of our daily routine it is apparent that the confidence building is evident and more face-to-face connections occur. But Rotary has changed. Man volunteers clean up trash. Volunteering through the network of Rotary makes lasting connections epidemic was the catalyst that exposed us to technology in this Rotary world. We have sharpened up the way we conduct the business meetings online' whilst reintroducing service and social activity in a safe face-to-face format. We've taken these new opportunities and combined these with our habits for preventing pandemics to provide an optimistic future for Rotary!
