The second quarter of 2010, Aleesha has established herself as a top female bodybuilder. Aleesha Young was born in 1984 to an athletic family. Her father participated in bodybuilding while her brothers and sisters played sports like hockey. Aleesha was also a participant in various games like basketball, soccer as well as softball prior to getting interested in bodybuilding when she was about 15 years old. Aleesha was granted her professional card in 2014 following her win at her first NPC USA Championships. Her first competition began in the year 2008 but began competing in the year 2008. In 2014, the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro saw her compete with a 9th-place finish. In 2015, she maintained her 9th place. In 2015 and 2016, Aleesha came in at sixth place at her final IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. Aleesha started to get better and eventually be the first professional competitor after she took home the Chicago Pro Championships. Her most impressive WOS performance was in 2020. She placed 4th. However, the "World's most powerful mom" was forced to stop training for medical reasons.
